About
At Inspire Breathwork, we use a somatic breathing technique, one of many breathwork modalities. Breathwork is a healing therapy that has been used for thousands of years, throughout many cultures, to help our mind, body, and spirit release and heal from stored stresses, traumas, and blockages.
As human beings, we experience various emotions and stresses in our daily lives and sometimes in our early upbringing. We can carry these traumas of varying severities deep inside of our bodies for long periods of time, causing dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system. An out of balance nervous system can lead to a multitude of health issues over time, both mentally and physically.
Inspire Breathwork strives to provide you with the safest, most nonjudgmental, and confidential space where you are free to express anything that needs to come through and be released, with the intention of bringing connection and balance between your mind, body, and spirit.
